A8-074: Marketing Manager Financial Services
This contract position is responsible for marketing consulting efforts for assigned top Financial Institution client(s). The contractor will work to retain and grow Company’s Financial Institution client business by delivering marketing solutions that maximize revenue and profitability for assigned products and services. Individual will manage marketing budget to align Company’s product, marketing and sales strategies and objectives with Financial Institution client needs.
Responsibilities Include
- Developing and executing end-to-end marketing (strategy through execution) consulting for assigned Company products and services for the assigned Financial Institution client.
- Aligning Company Product, Marketing and Sales objectives and resources against Financial Institution client business needs.
- Developing and implementing integrated Financial Institution client marketing plan for assigned client business on a yearly basis and update quarterly as appropriate. Provide input to management team and stakeholders to influence development of marketing strategies and program development.
- Earning marketing thought leadership with Financial Institution clients by providing insight driven, data focused and actionable marketing recommendations and solutions for assigned products and services.
- Developing and implementing best-in-class marketing solutions and trends to ensure consistent and effective use for meeting Financial Institution client business objectives and needs.
- Actively working to understand and deploy the “voice of the customer” within all Financial Institution client marketing recommendations and programs.
- Acting as marketing line of business lead for assigned Company Sales and Financial Institution clients.
- Maintaining financial acumen by managing assigned marketing budget through forecasting and evaluation of return on investment for assigned Financial Institution client marketing efforts.
- Developing and socializing key learnings and collecting best practices for stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of broad-based and progressive marketing experience
- Marketing experience from within financial services, consumer products, agency or consulting disciplines
- A bachelor’s degree required and a Masters of Business Administration preferred
- 30% travel required
