J8-112: Senior Account Manager

Our client - an in-house Communications Agency with is a leading financial services company - is looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with exceptionally strong online/interactive experience, strategic, creative team management, relationship and project management skills. Solid online/interactive experience is a must have, but this position focuses on managing both print and online creative development. It requires a solid understanding of technical development processes to be successful.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years experience working with clients and managing creative teams and is comfortable in a leadership role. Experience with online development and the ability to move fluidly from creative to technical issues is required. Strong solutions-oriented approach and outstanding knowledge of agency processes is required. Ideal candidate will have ad agency experience.

Detailed Role and Requirements

Project lead—developer and guardian of the creative strategy
Manage expectations and communications across groups, establish priorities, create project management documentation, drive project timelines, etc.
Primary liaison between internal teams, business owners, product managers, graphics and various technical teams
Direct and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Develop and review documentation for new and evolving systems and processes
Help teach and train clients
Learn about, understand and represent the target audience in creative strategy
Familiarity with the Mac platform
