Before Magley & Associates presents resumes, we conduct extensive interviews with candidates and check at least three of their most current references. And we make sure they are committed to your project before you ever hear about them.

We follow up with you immediately after each interview to discuss next steps. At your request, we present an offer to the candidate and return the candidate’s response. When both parties are aboard, Magley & Associates quickly generates the necessary documents so the selected professional can get to work.

Billing, Fees and Insurance

To satisfy your budgetary and billing requirements, Magley & Associates provides prompt, accurate, customized billing. Our fees are always competitive with the market.

We place consultants with W-2 or incorporated status only. For our consultants with W-2 status, we provide Social Security benefits, unemployment and disability insurance, and workers' compensation. To safeguard our clients, we maintain business liability and errors and omissions insurance. You can be confident that we have the coverage to do business with your company.
