Compensation is determined on a contract-by-contract basis, and Magley & Associates strives to get the best rate for you. In addition, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits that includes a 401(k) account, dental insurance, long-term disability and pre-tax medical and dependent care accounts.

When you pursue an opportunity, Magley & Associates serves as your coach and representative. We brief you thoroughly, so you’re prepared.
After an interview, we contact you immediately to discuss next steps. If the client makes an offer, we present it to you and return your response. When both parties are aboard, Magley & Associates quickly generates the necessary documents so you can get to work as soon as possible.
