We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join the Magley team. This professional will make an immediate impact in helping meet the growing staffing demands of this dynamic economy!
The Skills We Need:
- 5+ years of successful performance in recruiting, including:
- Prior staffing and recruiting industry experience in a fast-paced agency required
- Excellent personal reputation as a Tech Recruiter in the Bay Area market
- Consistent and proven track record of performance in placing consultants
- Experience in placing Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA, Web (front/back-end), and Database Administrators
- Success with both large clients utilizing Vendor Management Programs and with start-up client environments
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail, process and organization
- Dedication to clients, candidates and co-workers alike is a must
- In-depth knowledge of candidate pool in the San Francisco Bay Area
- BS/BA Degree is required
- User level skills with web-based applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn, Taleo, OpenHire; MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint; technically savvy
