F8-078: Director of Capital and Field Support

Magley & Associate one of the Bay Area’s top providers of IT, Marketing, Finance and Accounting, and HR talent is looking for a Director of Capital and Field Support for a leading retailer headquartered in the Bay Area. The person hired for this position will be responsible for the vision and management of capital spending, cash flow and balance sheet, real estate analysis, projections, general and administrative costs of the Field Support Centers.

Our client is looking for someone to provide leadership on capital spending across all aspects of the business including process flow/tracking, forecasting/reporting, and communication of results. We seek an energetic and experienced Director to actively pursuing new and innovative ways of improving business process and value added analysis.

The person hired for this position will help drive and maintain a thorough understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of supported areas. If you are dynamic, independent, creative, highly motivated person who works well as a team member with non-financial personnel. Minimum Requirements:

Requires at least 10+ years of successful experience managing capital, and SG&A for a Fortune 1000 company.
Demonstrated experience with Real Estate analysis, and/or Multi-Unit Retail/Restaurant
Previous SAP experience
Bachelor’s degree required, with CPA and/or MBA highly preferred
Must demonstrate strong strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
