In addition to finding the right consultants for clients’ short- and long-term assignments, Magley & Associates provides competitively priced full-time placement services, contractor-to-full-time conversion services and contractor pass-through services. Here’s a description of each:
Full-time placement services. Magley & Associates reduces the time and expense of hiring full-time staff by doing much of the legwork for you. We leverage our contacts and our candidate search tools to produce a list of the most qualified candidates. We prep candidates, schedule interviews and generally act as your partner all the way through the process. Rates and terms are negotiable.
Contractor-to-full-time conversion services. For those clients who want to work with a Magley & Associates consultant before making a greater commitment – we have the flexibility to offer contractor-to-full-time conversion.
Pass-through services. Many of our clients prefer to outsource their contractors’ administrative functions. We are equipped to provide payroll and benefits services to any contactor identified by a client.
